Cemex had recently contacted us to come up with a solution to the issues they were experiencing with replacing bolts and wear plates to the roof on the primary crusher.
We designed, fabricated and completed the installation of the new roof, which allows them to maintain and replace the lining plates safely as the sprung roof remove can be removed from the crusher box and lowered to the floor.
Attached is a letter received from the Quarry Manager regarding the roof and the work we had carried out.
